Congratulations on the acceptance of your paper to ITIS 2026.

Authors of accepted papers must carefully follow the camera-ready submission procedure below. Please ensure that all reviewers’ comments have been appropriately addressed and that the final manuscript complies with the ITIS 2026 and IEEE publication requirements.

Accepted and presented papers of ITIS 2026 will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Step 1 – Revise Your Paper

Please carefully read all reviewers’ comments available in EDAS and incorporate the necessary revisions into your camera-ready manuscript.

The camera-ready paper should adequately address the technical, methodological, presentation, and language issues identified by the reviewers.

Please also ensure that:

  • The title accurately represents the work;
  • Author names and affiliations are complete and correct;
  • Figures and tables are clear and readable;
  • References are relevant, complete, and consistently formatted;
  • All reviewer comments have been carefully considered; and
  • The manuscript has been thoroughly proofread before final submission.

Language

English is the official language of ITIS 2026. All camera-ready papers must be written in clear, professional, and grammatically correct English.

Authors whose native language is not English are strongly encouraged to have their manuscripts proofread by a proficient English speaker or use a professional English proofreading service.

Please note that accepted papers remain subject to final quality checks. A paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings if its language or presentation quality does not meet the required publication standard.

Step 2 – IEEE Copyright Transfer

All accepted papers must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF).

The copyright transfer process must be completed electronically through the copyright link provided on the paper page in EDAS.

Authors should complete the IEEE copyright process before uploading the final camera-ready manuscript.

Please ensure that:

  • The paper title entered in the copyright form is correct;
  • The author information is consistent with EDAS and the camera-ready paper; and
  • The copyright form is successfully completed before final submission.

Do not manually add an arbitrary copyright notice to the manuscript.

If the IEEE conference template contains placeholder text such as:

XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©20XX IEEE

the placeholder must not be retained in the final manuscript. Please follow the specific copyright instructions provided by ITIS 2026 and IEEE.

Step 3 – Prepare Your Camera-Ready Paper

The camera-ready manuscript must follow the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format and use A4 paper size.

Paper Length

The normal length of an ITIS 2026 paper is 6 pages, including references.

  • Normal paper length: up to 6 pages
  • Maximum paper length: 8 pages
  • Excess-page charge: USD 15 or IDR 250,000 per additional page beyond 6 pages
  • Maximum allowed: 8 pages

Therefore, papers of 7 or 8 pages are subject to the applicable excess-page charge.

Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted.

IEEE Templates

Authors must use the official IEEE conference template.

Download IEEE Conference Template – Microsoft Word (.docx)

Download IEEE Conference Template – LaTeX

Authors should not manually modify the IEEE template margins, column widths, font sizes, or other standard formatting parameters.

Failure to comply with the required IEEE conference format may result in the camera-ready paper being returned for correction or excluded from final publication processing.

Important Formatting Requirements

The camera-ready manuscript must:

  • Use A4 paper size;
  • Follow the standard IEEE two-column conference format;
  • Contain no page numbers;
  • Contain no headers or footers;
  • Have all fonts embedded or subsetted;
  • Contain clear and readable figures and tables;
  • Not be a scanned document;
  • Not be encrypted or password protected; and
  • Be prepared as a publication-ready PDF.

Step 4 – Verify Your PDF Using IEEE PDF eXpress

Before uploading the camera-ready paper to EDAS, authors must verify that the final PDF is compatible with IEEE Xplore requirements.

IEEE provides the PDF eXpress service to verify and/or convert manuscripts into IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF files.

IEEE PDF eXpress

PDF eXpress Procedure

  1. Visit the IEEE PDF eXpress website.
  2. Enter the following Conference ID: ITIS 2026 Conference ID: 72328X
  3. Log in to your existing PDF eXpress account or create a new account.
  4. Follow the instructions provided by IEEE PDF eXpress.
  5. Upload your manuscript for verification or conversion.
  6. Make any corrections requested by PDF eXpress.
  7. Ensure that the final PDF successfully passes the IEEE PDF compliance check.
  8. Use the PDF eXpress-approved PDF for your final submission to EDAS.

Do not upload a different PDF version after successfully completing the PDF eXpress verification.

Step 5 – Upload the Camera-Ready Paper to EDAS

After completing the copyright process and successfully verifying the PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress, upload the final camera-ready manuscript through your EDAS account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to EDAS. Click “My Papers” at the top of the EDAS page.
  2. Select the title of your accepted ITIS 2026 paper.
  3. Carefully check the paper information displayed on the paper page.
  4. Ensure that the paper title, author names, author order, affiliations, and other metadata in EDAS match the camera-ready paper.
  5. Locate the “Final Manuscript” section.
  6. Click the Upload Manuscript icon and upload the final IEEE PDF eXpress-approved PDF.
  7. In addition to the PDF, authors are required to upload the editable source file of the camera-ready paper:
    Microsoft Word users: upload the final .docx file.
    LaTeX users: upload a .zip file containing all source files required to compile the final manuscript, including the .tex file, bibliography files (.bib, if applicable), figures, and other supporting files.
  8. Ensure that the DOCX or LaTeX source corresponds exactly to the final PDF version submitted to EDAS.
  9. Confirm that all required files have been uploaded successfully before the camera-ready submission deadline.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the correct final version is uploaded before the camera-ready submission deadline.

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the required author registration by the specified deadline.

Unless otherwise specified by the ITIS 2026 Organizing Committee, one full author registration covers one accepted paper.

For papers exceeding the normal 6-page length, the applicable excess-page charge must also be paid.

Presentation Requirement

Each accepted paper must be presented at ITIS 2026.

The paper should normally be presented by one of its authors. If an author is unable to present the paper, a substitute presenter must be approved in advance by the conference committee and must be capable of presenting the work and answering questions about the paper.

Failure to present an accepted paper may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings and/or IEEE Xplore submission in accordance with applicable IEEE policies.

IEEE Publication and Ethics Policy

All papers must represent original work and comply with IEEE publication ethics.

Authors must ensure that their papers:

  • Do not contain plagiarized material;
  • Have not been previously published;
  • Are not simultaneously submitted to another journal, conference, workshop, or symposium; and
  • Properly acknowledge and cite relevant sources.
